Insurance

We are a preferred provider for several insurance carriers, including Delta Dental. For convenience, we will file your insurance claim for you and accept your designated co-pay at your appointment.

Payment of Fees
Payment of fees for services such as exams, x-rays, cleanings, and emergency visits are to be paid at the time those services are provided.  A down payment is necessary for involved, complex or extended procedures.

A written estimate will be provided for all treatment.  If you have insurance coverage, a pre-determination can be sent and financial arrangements for any remaining balance can be made upon receipt. However, when extended treatment has been determined, a down payment shall be required, regardless of insurance coverage or predetermination of payment by your insurance company. Payment Forms
We accept cash, check, credit card, personal checks, money orders or CareCredit medical financing as payment. CareCredit is a trusted source for patient financing and offers no-interest and low-interest loans, as well as extended payment plans.
